Secretary of the Air Force, the Honorable Michael B. Donley, is welcomed to Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., Nov. 22 by Brig. Gen. Jay Santee, 14th Air Force vice commander. The secretary visited Vandenberg to discuss future plans on how the teams at 14th Air Force and the Joint Space Operations Center there can continue to help combat Airmen in missions abroad here.
