VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – A circus themed welcome sign is set up for the 4th annual Salute to Youth event here Thursday, August 15, 2013. Salute to Youth was both an educational and family friendly event. It hosted the Exceptional Family Member Program, local schools, Backpack Brigade, food, games and prizes.
