Airman's Roll Call: Presidential inauguration

This week's Airman's Roll Call focuses on the more than 5,000 servicemembers who will march in formations, perform in military bands and color guards, and serve in salute batteries and honor cordons for the 56th presidential inaugural parade and swearing-in ceremony Jan. 20.

The group responsible for coordinating the event, the Armed Forces Inaugural Committee, is made up of 750 joint military members.

The committee forms up every four years to coordinate ceremonial support for the inauguration.
