The following data includes brief descriptions of sexual misconduct followed by disciplinary action issued to the guilty party. Outcomes are grouped by year and sorted by month.

 

Disciplinary Action Issued for Sexual Misconduct

  • 2024

    November 2024:

    No record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for November 2024.


    October 2024:

    No record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for October 2024.


    September 2024

    Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A Technical Sergeant sexually harassed three subordinate Airmen by requesting unwanted sexual favors and making unwanted sexual comments, which created a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment.  For this conduct, the Technical Sergeant received nonjudicial punishment which included a rank reduction to staff sergeant, suspended forfeiture of $2,038 pay, and a reprimand.

    Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – An Airman First Class sexually harassed an Airman in a dormitory by making an unwanted sexual advance that created a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment.  For this conduct, the Airman First Class received a letter of admonishment.

    Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A Senior Airman sexually harassed an Airman co-worker by making unwanted sexual advances in the workplace, which created a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment.  For this conduct, the Senior Airman received nonjudicial punishment that included a rank reduction to airman first class,  suspended forfeiture of $1,340 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.


    August 2024:

    Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A Specialist 1 sexually harassed a Guardian co-worker by making unwanted sexual advances in a dormitory that created a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment.  For this conduct, the Specialist 1 received a letter of reprimand.


    ​July 2024:

    ​June 2024:

    No record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for June 2024.


    ​May 2024:

    No record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for May 2024.


    April 2024:

    No record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for April 2024.


    March 2024:

    Sexual Abuse of a Child, Article 120b, UCMJ – A Master Sergeant sexually abused a child who had not attained the age of 16 by committing lewd acts upon the child with the intent to gratify his sexual desire. The Master Sergeant was found guilty by a General Court-Martial and sentenced to 30 months' confinement and reduction to the grade of E-1.


    February 2024:
