U.S. Space Force Col. James T. Horne III, Space Launch Delta 30 commander, passed the ceremonial guidon to U.S. Air Force Col. Theodosia Montgomery, 30th Medical Group’s incoming commander. Montgomery assumed command following U.S. Air Force Col. Joi B. Dozier’s relinquishing of command.
