Space Launch Delta 30 hosted a professional development session for staff sergeant selectees ahead of the NCO Induction Ceremony at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, Sept. 2, 2026. The session included leadership panels and discussions focused on mentorship, accountability, communication and the responsibilities that come with becoming a noncommissioned officer. The event helped prepare selectees to lead Guardians and Airmen while supporting mission readiness across the installation.
