Unit Focus: 30th LCSS

VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- This month's Unit Focus covers the 30th Launch Support Squadron.

The 30th LCSS mission support flight provides standardized operations, maintenance and facilities training for the 30th Launch Group in support of launch and satellite vehicle operations for the 30th Space Wing.

The generation flight provides on-site representation, acquisition management, engineering, contractual oversight and direct support for satellite program offices and other payload customers as delegated.

The facilities flight is responsible for coordinating construction, modification and repair activities to support facility operations, reviewing, analyzing and providing recommendations regarding proposed building modifications.
