Water rescue at Wall Beach
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif.-- Braving the cold Pacific Ocean, Marrisa Halbeisen, a Vandenberg firefighter, removes beach wheels March 31 from Wall Beach here after the launch of a personal water craft for water rescue training.
