VANDENBERG BEACHES RESUME NORMAL OPERATIONS Published Sept. 17, 2015 By 020915 VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The Tsunami Advisory has been terminated. Vandenberg beaches will resume normal operations. All personnel are reminded to abide by plover season restrictions until 1 Oct. Surf Beach will still remain closed to the public. Wall and Minuteman Beaches are open with limitations, and Brown Beach is open to the public without limitations.
