VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Senior Airman Mitchell Tate, 30th Civil Engineer Squadron journeyman, crosses the finish line after completing the last 5 km run with a 45lb weighted rucksack during a duathalon here Saturday, April 20, 2013.
