    Vandenberg leadership engaged with local elected officials, Lompoc Unified School District personnel and STARBASE representatives to discuss the nuances of beach jurisdiction, environmental recovery efforts, and conservational law enforcement as it related to the surrounding areas of Surf Beach.

    Members of Lompoc participate in the 2019 Lompoc Flower Festival Parade June 29, 2019, in Lompoc, Calif. The Annual Flower Festival celebrated the home-town heritage of Lompoc with floats, marching bands, drill teams and representation from other local organizations.
