Department of Defense Policy

Air and Space Force Policy
The Air and Space Force will conduct its affairs free from Unlawful Discrimination and Sexual Harassment. It provides equal opportunity and treatment for all members irrespective of their race, color, religion, national origin, sex. For DoD civilians, the protected categories also include age (over 40), disability (physical and mental) and reprisal for making a prior claim.
