Sparky kicks-off Fire Prevention Week
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Smokey the Bear and Sparky, Vandenberg Fire Departments mascot, visit the children at the Child Development Center here Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012.
