AETC special duty briefing takes on Team V
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The Air Education and Training Command Special Duty Briefing Team will be visiting Vandenberg March 16 and will be briefing on all aspects of special duty opportunities in the Western Range Operations Control Center Auditorium. The following briefings are scheduled:
8:30 a.m.- 9 a.m.-- Senior leadership briefing to discuss special duty team concerns, requirements and to exchange ideas (targeted audience: Top-3 members, first sergeants, commanding officers)
9 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.-- First sergeant special duty assignment briefing (targeted audience: master sgt. selects, and senior noncommissioned officers)
1 p.m. - 4 p.m.-- Military Training Instructor, Military Training Leader, Professional Military Education Instructor, and recruiting duties. This is a general audience briefing open to anyone and their spouses.
Note: Senior Airmen with at least 35 months time in service through master sergeants with less than 16 years total active federal military service may be eligible to apply and are encouraged to attend the briefing. Since each specialty has some varied rank needs and requirements the briefing is open to everyone at the installation.
