Combined Federal Campaign kick-off
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col. Keith Balts, 30th Space Wing vice commander, hands his Combined Federal Campaign contribution to 1st Lt. George Flathers, Vandenberg's installation project officer, here Friday, October 7, 2011.
