Balfour Beatty Communities to kick-off 2011 Housing Survey

In about a week, family housing residents will be receiving the CEl Resident Satisfaction Housing Survey. The annual survey is part of Balfour Beatty Communities' performance assessment program.

"The survey allows us to see where we are succeeding and where there is room for improvement," said Stacy Nelson, a community manager.  "It's important for residents to fill it out honestly."

Balfour Beatty Communities plans to kick off survey time with a pool party resident event which is set to begin at 1 p.m. at the Community Center Pool.

By completing and mailing the survey in, residents will qualify for weekly drawings. The top prizes include cash winnings up to $1,500. Residents that mail in the surveys on the same day they receive them will also qualify for a special early bird drawing scheduled for Aug. 29 at the Town Hall Meeting at 6 p.m. at the Community Center.

"We truly strive to exceed our resident's expectations and hope that every resident enjoys their home and the services we provide," said Nelson.

Once residents complete their surveys and seal them in the postage paid envelopes provided, they can simply drop it in any U.S. post box to be mailed directly to CEL. Only CEl employees will open the returned envelopes. Survey results are completely confidential and anonymous. The survey deadline date is Sept. 16.
