VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Kicking off  Vandenberg’s annual Wingman Day, the 30th Space Wing’s two youngest Airmen face off against its two most senior officers in an obstacle course challenge Friday, Dec. 4, 2009 here at Cocheo Park. Airman 1st Class Cid Bartolome and Airman Basic Omar Avila, members of the 30th Civil Engineer Squadron, compete against Col. David Buck, the 30th SW commander, and Col.
