Airman sentenced at special court-martial
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- A 30th Space Communications Squadron Airman pled guilty to cocaine use during a special court-martial here May 20.
Airman 1st Class Scott Resetar was charged with allegedly using cocaine on or about Jan. 7. After his guilty plea, Airman Resetar was sentenced by a panel of commissioned officers, receiving his first federal conviction, 45 days confinement, forfeitures of $600 per month for six months and reduction in grade to E-1.
Capt. Sean Garner and Capt. Michael Schwartz represented the government. Maj. John Harwood and Capt. Maria Delimata represented the accused. Col. Ronald Gregory was the military judge.
