Vandenberg officer best flight commander in 14th AF
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Team, it gives me great pleasure to recognize Capt. Albert Ashby of the 30th Launch Group.
Captain Ashby was recently recognized as the 14th Air Force (Air Forces Strategic) Flight Commander of the Year for 2008.
This prestigious award, which is given to the flight commander making the most significant contribution to the 14th AF mission, is a testament to his professionalism and dedication. His performance exemplifies what we expect from every member of Team V.
