Vandenberg ALS graduates 20

The Vandenberg Airman Leadership School graduated 20 Airmen from Class 2009-Alpha on Nov. 24.

The graduates were from Vandenberg and Los Angeles AFB, as well as the Mississippi and California Air National Guard.

The John L. Levitow Award went to Senior Airman Alan Rock of the 30th Security Forces Squadron. Senior Airman Johanna Aviles from the National Reconnaissance Office garnered the Distinguished Graduate Award, while the Academic Achievement Award went to Staff Sgt. Douglas Quayle of the 130th Rescue Squadron at
Moffett Field, Calif. Senior Airman Mark Sheetenhelm of the 533rd
Training Squadron was recognized with the Leadership Award.
