SAN ANTONIO (AFPN) -- This week's Airman's Roll Call focuses on starting an aerobics regimen now, not when your annual fitness test is a week away.

Today's Air Force is expeditionary, and Airmen are being tasked to do more and do it more often. These tasks require Airmen to be physically capable of performing at peak levels in any environment and anytime.

To help you reach this level of performance, a fitness regimen needs to be developed and followed year after year.
