Team V Medical Group shines as four are promoted
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Four members of Team Vandenberg were selected for promotion Feb. 21. Air Force officials have selected 94 lieutenant colonels, 154 majors and 352 captains in the medical and dental corps across the Air Force to be promoted. The newly promoted Team Vandenberg members are:

Daniel Rohweder, 30 Medical Operations Squadron
Vinh Tran, 30 Medical Operations Squadron
Promoted to Colonel
Paul Houge, 460 Medical Group
Mario Silva , 30 Medical Group
The board considered 1,349 officers for promotion.
The results of the promotion board are as follows:

-- In the dental corps, 27 were selected from 48 considered for a 56.3 percent select rate.
-- In the medical corps, 42 were selected from 85 considered for a 49.4 percent select rate.
