Vandenberg's First Patching Ceremony

On April 11, U.S. Space Force Col. Mark Shoemaker, Space Launch Delta 30 commander, Col. Jim Horne, the Weather System Follow-on Microwave (WSF-M) spacecraft mission director and senior materiel leader for the Space System Command’s Launch Execution Delta, and Col. Bryan Titus, SLD 30 vice commander, conducted the first ever patching ceremony at Vandenberg Space Force Base to celebrate the successful mission of the WSF-M satellite mission with a lift to orbit on a SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket. The ceremony recognized the hard work and dedication of all team members involved. It also reinforced the camaraderie among the diverse teams, highlighting their collective efforts to achieve a shared goal.
