VANDENBERG SPACE FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The Vandenberg Space Force Base fire department responded to a fire on North Base at approximately 3:00 p.m. today.
The fire is estimated to have burned 26 acres and is 100% contained.
No evacuations are in effect. Highway 1 is unaffected.
An investigation is underway, and more information will be provided when available.
