Vandenberg Military Working Dog Dani A248 Retires From Service

U.S. Air Force Dani A248, 30th Security Forces Squadron military working dog, retires from service at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif., Sept. 26, 2025. Dani was adopted by Tiffany Core, one of Dani's former dog handlers. The event commemorated Dani's seven years of service in the U.S. Air Force. Over his career he supported 17 United States Secret Service missions supporting the President and Vice President of the United States, Joint Chief of Staff and Foreign Dignitaries.
