VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The launch of a United Launch Alliance Atlas V carrying the WorldView-4 mission was scrubbed today due to a minor ground leak during propellant tanking. The launch is rescheduled for Saturday, Sept. 17, pending resolution of the issue, from Space Launch Complex-3 at Vandenberg Air Force Base. The launch time is 11:30 a.m. PDT.
