VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Retired Chief Master Sgt. Norm Marous, Joint Retired Members Center director, makes the first ceremonial cut of the cake with Airman Basic Ferdie Galicia, 532nd Training Squadron student, during the Air Force Ball here Friday, Oct. 5, 2012.
