AFSPC Commander's Advisory Group Members Visit VAFB
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Lt. Gen. Susan Helms, commander of U.S. Strategic Command's Joint Functional Component Command for Space and 14th Air Force (Air Forces Strategic), and Col. Nina Armagno, 30th Space Wing commander, meet with local members of the Air Force Space Command Commander's Advisory Group on Sept. 4, 2012, at the 14th Air Force and 30th Space Wing Headquarters building. The AFSPC CAG is a major command-level program whose membership is comprised of respected community leaders selected from AFSPC installations. Members are advisors, key communicators and advocates for AFSPC and Air Force issues. They provide feedback on community opinions and issues to Air Force leaders and help formulate ideas to improve relationships between AFSPC units and supporting communities.
