Vandenberg hosts the 24th Annual Texas Blowout event
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Michael Ryan, son of Tech. Sgt. Kevin Ryan Jr., the 381st Training Group noncommissioned officer in-charge of training assessment, and Stephanie Ryan, pins the tail on a donkey during the 24th Annual Texas Blowout event at Cocheo Park here Friday, August 10, 2012.
