VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Maj. Gen. Susan Helms, the U.S. Strategic Command director of plans and policy, visited Vandenberg as a guest speaker at the Joint Space Operations Center’s dining-in at the Pacific Coast Club here April 10.
