VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- During an assembly in front of the entire student body, kindergartener Makaila Lubas, daughter of Senior Master Sgt. Frank Lubas from the 14th Air Force, is presented with a check for more than $1,600 here Friday, Dec. 18, 2009.
