VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- In an effort to ensure Makaila Lubas, daughter of Senior Master Sgt. Frank Lubas of the 14th Air Force, has a good Christmas, Trevor Middleton, son of Tech. Sgt. Michael Middleton of the 14th Air Force, helps present her with a stocking filled with gifts here Friday, Dec. 18, 2009. Makaila was diagnosed with leukemia in October and, after hearing about her diagnosis, the students at Crestview Elementary School worked together to raise money and provide her with gifts.
