Military Appreciation Night
Santa Maria, Calif. -- The Allan Hancock College Bulldogs compete against the Bakersfield College Renegades at the 5th annual military appreciation night on November 3, 2007. The game resulted in a 23-36 loss for the Bulldogs. Military appreciation night was held for all military members who have made sacrifices to protect their country. The first 250 military members, veterans and their families were admitted at no charge and served a free tri-tip dinner. The Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce, Coast Hills Federal Credit Union, and Allan Hancock College sponsored the special event. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Christian Thomas)
