VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Making each dish, fresh and on the spot, Sakine Luzero and her team arrange traditional Turkish food for the Pacific Coast Club's first Passport to Turkey held here, Friday, Nov. 6, 2009.
