POW/MIA Ceremony
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif.--Guest speaker Mrs. Carol Ray of Orcutt, Calif., whose father, Col. Hubert Nichols, Jr., was listed as a POW/MIA for nearly twelve years during the Vietnam War, describes how it was going through life losing her dad to the war at the POW/MIA Ceremony on Sep. 21.
