50-year time capsule captures essence of Vandenberg's present
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- 30th Space Wing Commander Col. Steve Tanous and 30th Space Wing Command Chief Master Sgt. Cari Kent emplace a time capsule in the ground during the emplacement of the time capsule ceremony at Heritage Park Korean War memorial on Sept. 11.
