ROTC cadets check in for 3-day Air Force experience
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Carmen Castellanos, a worker leader with Vandenberg Lodging, cleans and prepares a room for an arriving Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps cadet July 9, as part of her daily house keeping duties.
