VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- During a base visit Aug. 4, Rep. Lois Capps of California views the carefully restored landscape of San Antonio Creek as Tom DeVenoge, the 30th Civil Engineer Squadron's chief of conservation, explains the progression made to prevent erosion damage close to San Antonio Road here.
