VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Staff Sgt. William Kaelber, a 30th Launch Support Squadron unit training manager, and 2nd Lt. Michael Petrelli, a 392nd Training Squadron student, fill out a questionnaire prior to donating blood June 9 at the Pacific Coast Club here.
