BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Maj. Gen. Michael R. Eyre, commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Gulf Region Division in Iraq, and Chaplain Daniel Middlebrooks at the May 28 memorial for Navy Cmdr. Duane Wolfe in Baghdad’s International Zone.
