VISALIA, Calif. -- Vandenberg Air Force Base Honor Guard posts the colors during the presentation of a Purple Heart to Air Force veteran Michael McKinney. The honor guard and 30th Space Wing commander Col. David Buck traveled to Visalia, Calif., April 13 to present the medal.
