VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif.- Greg Rabinovitz, an FBI bomb technician, instructs members of the interview team on what to look for and what questions to ask during a bomb explosion investigation March 10 here. The role of an interviewer was one of many taught during the Large Vehicle Bomb Post Blast class taught by the FBI at Vandenberg March 10-12.
