STEP on the court
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Johnathan Homer gets STEP promoted from staff sergeant to technical sergeant by Col. David Buck, the 30th Space Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Cari Kent, the 30th SW command chief today at the fitness center here. STEP, or Stripes for Exceptional Performers, is a highly visible promotion recognition program used to recognize the outstanding contributions and accomplishments of Airmen who work hard and are clearly a cut above the rest. Sergeant Homer works in the 30th Civil Engineer Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo / Senior Airman Matthew Plew)
