30 LRS trains for mission readiness
Senior Airman Logan Spencer 30th Logistics Readiness Squadron Vehicle Operations Journeyman, scans the area for suspicious activity as the convoy team prepares to move out for the second half of their training mission. Observation and awareness of ones surroundings play an integral part of convoy safety. About half of the 30th Logistics Readiness Squadron's Vehicle Operators have conducted convoys while deployed in support of contingency operations, some multiple times.
