30th OSS lieutenant helps revive unresponsive Team V member
1st Lt. Robert Youssef, 30th Operations Support Squadron assistant flight commander, assisted in reviving Don Smith, Range Generation Next contractor, when he passed out during a dry run of a recent ground-based interceptor test launch, May 26, Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif.
