Vandenberg hosts triathlon to test endurance, build comradery
More than 30 Airmen, friends and family showed up to participate in the 30th Force Support Squadron triathlon, July 22, Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. The race included three grueling legs – a 400 meter swim, 20 kilometer bike ride and a 5 kilometer run. There were four heats in which individuals were tracked by age for both male and female. The overall winners were Nate Ogan for the men at 1:02:40 and Tiffany Bendorf for the women with 1:13:52. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Kyla Gifford/Released)
