Italian Space Agency president visits VAFB
Giorgio Saccoccia, president of the Italian Space Agency, and Brig. Gen. Roberto Vittori, Space Attaché Italian Embassy to the United States, visited the Combined Space Operations Center Aug. 15, 2019, at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. During their visit, Saccoccia and Vittori toured Space Launch Complex 4 and received mission briefings from the CSpOC, 18th Space Control Squadron and the Multinational Space Collaboration office.
