2020 Victim Services Summit

Col. Anthony Mastalir, 30th Space Wing commander, welcomes attendees to the first-ever Victim Services Summit event, March 11, 2020, at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. The two-day event marked an expansion of the Volunteer Victim Advocate University – a program developed in 2017 by Vandenberg’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response office to provide training for DoD credentialed victim advocates – and seeks to train and educate a larger audience of individuals from both military and civilian communities.
