Nicki Eberhardt, commissary store secretary, checks customer ID cards and directs them to the entrance March 19, Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. The Defense Commissary Agency team has implemented new procedures to commissaries across the Department of Defense to better assist shoppers. The Vandenberg AFB Commissary has put additional health and safety restrictions in place to better assist customers, such as limiting access to military I.D. card holders.
