VAFB 'never forgets' those lost on 9/11/01
Col. Anthony Mastalir, 30th Space Wing commander, gives a speech during the annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Sept. 11, 2020, at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. The speeches during the ceremony honored first responders and citizens who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks in New York City, New York, at the Pentagon and Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001.
